Sending Love to the World for the Holiday
This holiday season, we will be joining in sending love to the world to those whom we love, share our community and the world with.
The holidays can be such a traumatic time of year for those less fortunate, dealing with varying types of crisis or chaos, veterans facing diverse challenges, and those struggling with financial woes or homelessness.
While many of us are experiencing the heights of love, peace, harmony and many blessings of life, others are struggling with sadness and despair due to stress, fatigue, unrealistic expectations, over-commercialization, financial stress, inability to be with family and friends, rumination over losses and bereavement.
Certainly, we will all be doing our part to help relieve some of the stress and strain on our communities during the holiday season. While Christmas is such a nice and pleasant time of year for many of us, for others Christmas time can be the worst time of year of all.
During this time of year homelessness, crime, domestic violence suicide, and death from natural causes are all on the rise as people sink into states of depression in contrast to the season where we celebrate peace, love, and goodwill on earth.
While more people die in hospital emergency wards, or arrive dead on arrival, on Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day than on any other days of the year, we are hoping to create a positive impact on the world and expect these private stolen moments in energetic support of others to see continued decrease in the numbers of people suffering and loss or life during the holidays.
This increased stress and strain on our communities cause criminal activity and crime statistics to surge in areas surrounding identity theft, shoplifting, robbery, drunk driving, vehicle theft, rape and sexual assault, home burglary, counterfeiting, scams and domestic violence among others.
So, you will find many of us offering our precious time to help make the world a better place by giving to food banks, volunteering at shelters and helping other organizations make an impact in the lives of those less fortunate this holiday season.
One thing we can do is to join in sending love to the world on December 25th. On a day when we are less likely to be able to volunteer our time, we could take out at least five to ten minute in positive prayer or meditation to send love to the world.
The website, Sending Love to the World, is offering a live streaming guided meditation on their website to assist those looking for a little direction on December 25th.
The concept is to send the sincerest powerful love energy to our loved ones and not only those less fortunate but everyone and our entire planet in a time when it should be bathed in love and light.
We all can do our part to help make the world a better place by sending love to the world this holiday season.
Sending love to the world could be your greatest gift given this year.
Please join us and share with other who would like to join us in sending love to the world this year.
