The Simple Food Diet by Herb Roi Richards

The simple food diet: What to eat for a year while cleaning the body, and what you can’t have until the body is clean, and then only in small amounts occasionally follows.

Cleansing years of accumulated waste from the cells, slow enough that you don’t increase the sickness,

If you have a chronic
Sickness, you must stick to
These simple foods until
you are well

NO COMPLEX FUN
FOODS DURING
SICKNESS

 

EAT NONE OF THE FOLLOWING

1. Vegetables
All raw, if possible
2. Raw, frozen or canned
Fruit juices
3. Raw nuts, all kinds
4. Only raw veggie juices
5. Alfalfa, beans, and grains
    (sprouted only)
6. All parsnips, potatoes, yams
    & squash
(baked only, as baking
changes them for simple digestion)

 

1. Dried legumes
2. Dairy products
3. Eggs
4. Meat
5. Grain (rice, wheat, oats, etc.)
6. Sugar
7. Chips, crocodiles, etc.
8. Peanuts
(since they are dried legumes,
rather than nuts)

 

 

 

It usually takes about a year of eating these simple foods in the left column (above) to kick most any chronic dis-ease. After that, only occasionally dip into the complex fun foods in the right column, and you’ll enjoy a healthy life that you can only dream about now.
