I’ve had a terrible habit for around 17 years, and that was smoking. I quit smoking cold turkey. Let me tell you how to quit smoking and how simple it is. I quit smoking in 12 hours and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.

In 6 days, 3/20/16, I will have gone 1 year without smoking! It’s amazing how much better I feel. If you’re still wondering if you should quit, my answer is do it! Trust me, the first week or two SUCKS. ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. But you’ll continue to be more proud of yourself for every day you do NOT smoke.
