If you freeze your ingredients, they’ll keep longer and you’ll have less waste. You’ll also save money when fruit like blueberries go on sale. Blueberries can be expensive so there no reason that you wouldn’t want to pick up some extra when you know you’ll be eating them soon in the form of a smoothie. Be sure to close them into an airtight contain of some kind. If you can, get a machine that removes air from the bags.
Another way to save time and make it easy to have great smoothies in minutes would be to prepack the ingredients in some kind of container that can easily be dumped out into the blender. This way you have everything very self contained and very quick to make.
